Privacy Policy

Hopvera is an international mobile game studio. This policy describes how the Hopvera website (the “Site”) handles information. Contact: contact@hopvera.com.

This is a brand and website policy. It is not a registered-company filing. Game titles we publish later will have their own store privacy labels where the stores require them.

It covers the public Site and the private admin panel used to publish games and blog posts. It does not cover Google Play, the App Store, ad networks, or a game binary — those are separate products with their own notices when they exist.

Language cookie: hopvera_locale stores the language you pick so we can show the Site in that locale. It is not used to identify you across other sites.

Session cookie: only on the Contact page, the Site sets a session cookie (PHPSESSID) that protects the form against forged submissions and shows the “sent” confirmation. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Content you upload: cover images and text for games and posts that the studio publishes.

Contact form: if you send a message on the Contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message so we can reply. We do not use that to build a marketing list. We do not create player accounts.

The Site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or player accounts. We do not sell personal data. If we add analytics or ads later, we will update this page before they go live.

The Site runs on a web host. Hosts typically keep server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, browser) for security and uptime. Hopvera does not use those logs to profile visitors. Retention follows the host’s defaults.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@hopvera.com. You can also clear cookies in your browser, including hopvera_locale. If you are in a region with extra privacy law (for example the EU/EEA or UK), you may have additional rights under that law.

The Site is a studio brochure, not a game for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Site.

We will change this page when the Site starts collecting more (or less). The date at the top is the last update. English is the source text; other locales are translations of that source.
